ABOUT
Founded in 2022 by former pro Marie-Soleil Blais, the Women's Ride aims to empower women in their cycling journey.
In 2025, the Women's Ride (La Ride des Femmes - in French) becomes a recreational cycling club without borders that brings together more than 200 members across Quebec and elsewhere. Virtual training, learning workshops, basic skills clinics, group rides and more.

MISSION
The mission of this project is simple: to inspire more women to ride bikes and surpass themselves by giving them the tools and by creating a stimulating environment.
Through this platform, I hope to promote the sport of cycling within the women's community, so that everyone can find their place and can inspire other women to discover the benefits of cycling.

FOUNDER
Marie-Soleil Blais
Former professional road cyclist and member of the Canadian team, Marie-Soleil launched this project in the fall of 2022 with the desire to share her passion and her experience, and to offer the resources she would have liked to have when she picked up cycling.
She now works as a cycling coach.
